Juan Santa Cruz is an internationally acclaimed entrepreneur, restaurateur, designer and developer, with nearly a decade’s experience in investment banking and private equity in New York and Buenos Aires. He has been recognised as a visionary in Latin America, successfully creating Buenos Aires’ most sought after venues, including CASA CRUZ, ISABEL and ALDO’S. He then bought Casa Cruz to London’s Holland Park a few years ago, and earlier this opened Isabel in Mayfair, the restaurant of the moment.
