Tom is one of the UK's most acclaimed and inspirational British Chefs. He grew up in Norfolk where he would always help his mother out in the kitchen, making cakes, home baking or just weighing things out. At 26, Tom became the youngest British chef ever to be awarded two Michelin stars. He has his own chain of restaurants, Tom's Kitchen, has four sites across London and one international flagship in Istanbul.  He lives in Chelsea with his partner Jusitne and two daughters Violette & Josephine.

To never look back with regrets always look forward with positivity and productivity

What cause or causes do you feel passionate about
I do many different things for charities all the time and also for a few schools with kids so I think its fortunate to get into a postion when you can give something back… which is what life is always about

Best piece of advice you’ve ever been given
Have a goal have your dreams and if you work hard and are focused in the right way, anything is possible

Your London in an hour
I would start the time with the two girls and Justine with me making breakfast at home as I am really not fussed about what I do, but what works for them, so it would be maybe to go to Kensington or Batterea Park and feed the ducks, or go the zoo, then go to the new pastry shop on Elizabeth St called Dominique Ansel and sit and eat pastries with them watching the world go by, then we would perhaps go to the Natural History museum to go and see the Dinosaurs which they love….

Are you working on anything at present
We have a new Toms Kitchen opening in Birmingham in December, then our first overseas Toms Kitchen Deli opening in Dubai parks in November. I have a few more projects happening next year with two London casual dining concepts and then another couple outside of the UK as well.

Describe your style
My style is very simple and a little tailored for sure, I don’t like to go shopping so use the internet to get all my clothes, various brands from Acne, Incotex, J Crew, APC, Belstaff, Richard James, rag & bone Orlebar Brown.
